First I got banned for 3 days for doing a bandwagon in a photoshop thread. Everyone was saying "how about no" so I did. Then, today I posted in a thread that asked how many saves we got yesterday. I didn't think it was a spam thread, maybe a stat thread at most. Now I'm banned for a day.

The reason you were banned for saying "How about no" is because everyone else had said that. So it was technically clone posting which gets you a ban.
